Vendor Opportunities at the City of Palm Desert

Thank you very much for your interest in doing business with the City of Palm Desert. We are committed to providing bid opportunities to all business enterprises.

The City seeks to contract with local service providers to offer resources to the community through a variety of programs. For questions regarding open RFP opportunities, please send an email to our Finance Department, or call (760) 776-6320.

How to Bid on Vendor Opportunities and RFPs

The City utilizes an online registration and bidding system, OpenGov, to notify businesses of various bid opportunities, news, and updates. The electronic bidding system provides an easy and accessible way to access bid documents and submit bids. 

Register with with OpenGov Procurement here: Palm Desert E-Bidding, when registering upload a current W-9, and Insurance Certificates. For technical questions or if you receive an error message, please view the Vendor Training Video. Once registered, all contractors/vendors are solely responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate information. Vendors may edit their profile at any time.
