6/25/2024 - COMMUNITY MEETING
On June 25, 2024 residents from the surrounding communities to this development were invited to City Hall to hear from City staff, the developer, and our consultants. Please see the attached presentation slides and recording.
2/4/2025 - COMMUNITY MEETING

Project Description
Situated south of Gerald Ford Drive, Refuge is a privately-built master plan community programmed for a maximum of 700 attached and detached additive housing units on a 94.5 acre site in Palm Desert. Refuge will transform a vacant lot into a residential community that is planned to incorporate open space, recreational, and outdoor gathering spaces.
